I have been purchasing my vehicles through Gorno for over 23 years. I send my family, my friends, and suggest Gorno Ford to anyone shopping for a Ford vehicle. I live 45 minutes away from the store and still drive to buy cars from them. I have out of state family that travels to Michigan to buy from them. Let that sink in...people come from out of state to work with Gorno, I drive 45 minutes - it’s a colossal pain in the butt, however Gorno Ford is that worth it. I have always been treated with kindness and respect, and they are the most accommodating Dealer. Even though I may only see them once a year, everyone always remembers my face and always had a kind word for me and my family. It’s a wonderful store, filled with employees who care and go the extra mile for you. My salesperson is Michelle Havekost and I think she’s fabulous, but you cannot go wrong with any of their staff!
